lead project management for complexcon at crypto.com arena, los angeles: from the venue cad and the tech pack, through the production rfp and vendor award across every discipline, to the artist advance, the venue comms and on-site oversight from load-in to load-out.
an arena show, drawn first
complexcon moved into an arena for the first time. before a single vendor was awarded, the whole show existed in cad: the stages, the floor, the rigging, the sightlines, the routes.

five plates, every discipline reads the same drawing
the design went out as plates: the full rig, the video, the truss, the stage, the kit. clay for the shape, wire for the rigging, so the lighting vendor and the staging vendor were pricing the same thing.

every discipline, one rfp
the production rfp went out across every discipline and came back as vendor awards. then the artist relations and technical advance for every act, and the venue comms with crypto.com arena, so nothing arrived at the dock that the building did not expect.
doors at six, show at seven, curfew at eleven
on site from the thursday to the monday. two show nights, each run to the minute against an arena curfew, then the whole thing out of the building.
